Trigger Points

The Trigger Point massage is different than the Swedish massage. The Trigger Point massage works as a deep massage that helps with the healing process of the body, by helping release tension, stress and pain. This massage involves physical and mental cooperation between the client and the therapist. Each client has different needs, thus some clients may be more ready than others to allow this treatment be part of their healing process. It is up to the client to make the decision to allow me to work on his/her body, to trust me, and to see how this natural approach can help them.
Gua Sha

Gua Sha meaning "scraping bruises" , is a traditional Chinese medical treatment in which the skin is scraped to produce light bruising resulting in releasing unhealthy elements from injured areas while stimulating blood flow and healing. Gua sha is sometimes referred to as "spooning" or "scraping". Modern research shows Gua sha produces an anti-inflammatory and immune protective effect that persists for days following a single Gua sha treatment. This accounts for its effect on pain, stiffness, fever, chill, cough, wheeze, nausea and vomiting etc., and why Gua sha is effective in acute and chronic internal organ disorders.
Hot Stone Blend Massage
Combining hot stone protocols with a full body massage provides a very healing and effective experience. The hot stones also expand blood vessels, which encourages blood flow throughout the body. The hot stones have a sedative effect that can relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation.
